I purchased a bed from the Bed Shop on Sunday 26 January 2014. I was told that the bed would be delivered by the latest on 31 January 2014 which was a Friday. I phoned the supplier daily to find out the status, but they kept on say that they going to check with the other stores and the factory. On 31 Jan 2014, I called the store and they told me that they going to check with factory and will call me. After waiting a few hours for a phone call, I called the store back and was told that delivery would only take place a week later.
I was not kept informed with the status of delivery of the bed during the entire week. I had to contact the owner of the bed shop in order to get the bed delivered by 1 Feb 2014
