I ordered an Kindle Fire HD from American Express membership rewards on 12 November 2013 and after many promises up to the latest this last Friday 3 January 2014 have not received the item ordered.
the item was to be supplied by Digital planet who called me on Monday 23rd December to advise that it would not be delivered in time for Christmas but I would receive it on 2nd January 2014. I called on the 3rd of January but was told they would, once again, check the status of my order and advise.
I still do not have any clue as to when (or if) I will ever receive this item ordered almost 2 months ago...
