I bought a bed from House & Home January 2014. I enquired about delivery on 28 January 2014 and was told the bed would be delivered to the warehouse, thereafter it would be delivered to me. It is now 3 February 2014 and I still have not received delivery of my bed. The consultant (Anna) offers very bad service and is very passive knowing that delivery is late. I was told to wait another week!! Surely delivery of a bed should not take this long.
