Still waiting for delivery of orde

I have been advised that my order would be delivered between the 14 of Jan 2014 and 31 Jan 2014. It is now the 5th of Feb 2014 and I'm still waiting for it. The last mail I have received from Fishpond was on the 11th of Jan 2014 advising that it has been shipped and confirmed the delivery dates again.
