On 27/01/2014 I bought a boot which was the last pair of that kind, I was not sure about the size if it will fit. I asked them if I could bring the shoe back if it did not fit and they said yes they will refund me, on the 29/01/2014 I took the shoe back because it did not fit, Godfrey who works there said I washed the bottom of the shoe, because there was white stuff on the sole. He then said I should have put blanket before fitting. the shoe was a display people were fitting with it and it was the last pair. I told them I need refund. I complained to his Manager on the 31/01/2014 and she told me they will take the shoe to their head office they will not refund me. I bought the shoe for R550 on sale I need it back, I am not even interested in any of their shoes. I want nothing to do with them or their shop.
