On Saturday 25 January 2013 at about 15:30 pm my wife and i decided to visit Mr price home at mimosa mall in Bloemfontein. We bought staff from another store and came with the trolley. We were not aware that trolleys were not allowed and we had to leave them at the entrance. An employee at the store asked us nicely to go back and we agreed and continued with our shopping. While at the till another Gentleman (Black) was also told to the same and he agreed with no hesitation. To my surprise a WHITE LADY walked in with the trolley the employee (BLACK) called the manager WHITE to make her aware of was happening. She looked and ignore it as if nothing was wrong.
I then took the decision to confront the MANAGER (Leanni) who acted as as if she did not see anything. fortunately, while we were discussing this matter WHITE LADY came to the till to pay. The manager did not even say "SORRY IT WON"T HAPPEN AGAIN" I wonder how MR PRICE HOME select managers. She acted unprofessionally and i think she should be send on managers training course.
