I bought a pair of boots at Trueworths, only to find out the shoes were not the same, the other shoe is shiny and the other is not smooth which is the reason for the pair not to look the same.
I understand that you can never get a perfect pair of shoes however the pair I got looks so different.
I went to the store and spoke to the manager and he agreed and even advised me to give it back for it to be taken to the Head Office where it will be checked by their Technicians. I was promised that it would take 2 to 3 weeks for me to receive feedback however it took a month. I have now been told that I cannot be assisted as they see nothing wrong with the shoe. I told them that I like the shoe however would like for the pair to be a exchanged with one that does not look as bad. I was hoping for the shoe to atleast be fixed where necessary, however I got it back the way it is.
I find this as a bad service as I am a loyal customer and have a valid reason for being unhappy.
If I don't get assisted I will be cancelling my account.
