I bought a pair f shoes at Aldo cresta on the 28 July. I had the shoe on for the first time last week Thursday and the sole on the inside came loose.
I took it back to the fourways branch on the Friday the 23.08 and I was told that I need to take it back to cresta.
So I took the shoe back to Cresta on the 28.08 and was told that they would send it in for repairs as I bought it a month ago. I told the manager of the store that I did not want it repaired as clearly the shoe is of low quality and would like to change it for another shoe. I was told that I could not. I am just frustrated at the fact that fourways sent me back to cresta wasting my time just to get told that they will send the shoe for repair.
the fact of the matter is that I don't want the shoe repaired I want to exchange it as the shoe is clearly of poor quality.
I am utterly disgusted at the service and I am sure that I have a right to change the shoe.
