No customer service unsatisfying workmanship

What terrible service I received from Fischers... Takes them 2 weeks to re size a ring... I phone the Greenacres branch as the ring was sent there from Boardwalk. Purchase done on the 11th of January... Today is the 24th and Not one curtsy call to say they still busy so I phoned them firstly for them to say my chain not done what the so they confused me with another client.. then I phone Boardwalk just to find out the ring arrived today for collection.. With no notification nice... great service... Then arriving I receive my ring looking so dull like its never been polished... I looked closer to see copper stains.. Inside and few on outside.. So I go back and oh it will have to take it back to be repolished!! what the .. So I phone on the 29th just to let me know its will be polished and 15min ready for collection!
