This is in connection with the above mentioned shop. I bought the shoes end of December last year, the right shoe had a problem with the heal by the time of purchase. Reason I was discounted to R1 500.00 for the pair. Only to find out the left foot shoes is the one faulty. I took the shoe back to them within their policy of returning the goods. The shoes was taken for repair, getting the shoe back its still made the same noise and that's when I went back to the shop for an exchange of goods. The sales lady advised me they will discuss it with Head Office since I said I didn't want the shoe back. I might as well exchange with the winter stock that's was in May.
That didn't happen and I told them I don't want the shoe back, since it will be for the second time it went for repairs. I don't want the shoes anymore and I'm not happy anymore with the shoes since has even embarrassed me in front of people with the funny noise. I have a right to a refund since they even don't want me to exchange the shoe with another pair.
Everybody is avoiding to help me and I feel this is unfair treatment. I'm still being ignored. they say I must take a shoe for a 25% on my next purchase.
