I went to buy a pair of shoes at Truworths The Glen, it was the right size but they were bigger than the actual size of the shoe a siza 6. I wore them once and they were big and bought grib ons but they were not still fitting me. I went back to Truworths to change the shoes for a different type of shoe or a refund. they told me it was not a factory fault and I have worn the shoes once so they cannot change them for me. They phoned me to come to the store again to demostrate what the shoes does when I wear it and still they said there is nothing they can do. The area manager declined directly to me over the phone stating that they cant exchange the shoe. I left those shoes at the store and refuse to take them back, I have paid for the shoe and the shoe is sitting with them and they refuse to change or refund. I bought this shoe cash and that's the reason why I closed my account with them because they are so incompetent and treat customers unfairly. I am the paying customer and deserve better treatment, this is unacceptable. I want my money back as I no longer need or want that shoe back. I have been wasting my petrol and energy running back to the shop several times. I'm sick and ti
