On the 23rd of December 2013 I went to rage to buy a pair of shoes that I liked that was on sale. I showed the shop assistant the shoe I liked and asked her if she could look for the other shoe for me since the one on display was my perfect size. she came back minutes later and told me she couldn't find it. I asked her if shoe could look for it and put it aside for me and she just brushed me off by saying that she's not sure if she'll be working the following day. the staff that day were giving us unprofessional treatment as they were in a hurry to knock off. I feel unfairly treated. I would feel better if she had told me that she can't find the shoe in a nice manner but she just threw the one shoe into a pile of shoes by the counter and I still believe the other shoe was in that pile she threw the shoe I saw on display in. I feel unfairly treated because I didn't communicate with her in the language that she speaks. when I spoke to her in English she responded in siswati.
