How is this for a new client with American Swiss!
I received a sms stating that my account is in arrears, and that I should make urgent payment to avoid further action.
I call American Swiss; according to them they submitted a payment instruction to the bank on the 20th for the debit of R35. Which they claim that it was returned by the bank as unpaid,
This is not true, for the mere fact that my salary date is on the 20th; I contacted the Bank and checked my statement no debit was made by American Swiss on my account.
My Bank details have been confirmed to be correct by both parties.
My problem is American Swiss is quick to send this information to the credit bureau for listing, which they have already done for an instalment of R33, yet there seems to be a loop hole somewhere.
My phone bill is sky high of all the call made to find where the problem, will appreciate it if American Swiss can investigate and get back to me regarding this matter.
If American Swiss claims that the bank rejected their payment instruction, please sent me proof thereof, and I will take it up with the Bank.
