I BOUGHT A DRESS RING AT AMERICAN SWISS SOUTHGATE, PURCHASED THE INSURANCE AS WELL, I LOST THE RING AND FILLED IN THE NECESSARY FORMS AND WENT TO THE POLICE STATION TO GET AN AFFIDAVIT DONE, WENT BACK TO THE STORE AND EVERYTHING WAS FAXED, THIS WAS DONE IN OCT.I WAS TOLD IT TAKES SIX WEEKS I CONSTANTLY HAD TO PHN THE BRANCH AS TO FIND OUT WHAT IS HAPPENING, I WAS THEN TOLD TO CALL HEAD OFFICE DEAL WITH LEE ANNE, SHE THEN TOLD ME TO RESUBMIT DOC'S WHICH I DID, WHEN YOU CALL YOU STILL DO NOT GET ANY JOY, WHY SHOULD WE AS CLIENTS PURCHASE THE INSURANCE COME CLAIM TIME THEY HAVE STORIES AND KEEP YOU ON A STRING AS IF YOU NEED TO BEG THEM, THIS IS UNPROFFESIONAL AND REALLY MAKES ONE QUESTION THEIR ETHICS, ONE THING FOR SURE I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN
