3rd Time EXACTLY the same HORRIBLE experience!

I have now absolutely had enough of Kalahari and their incompetence and non existent service delivery. YOU HAVE COST ME HUNDREDS in phone bills chasing what I have already paid for! Over December I bought a few Christmas presents from you (all items showed ships in 24 hrs), thus all were in stock. I had to make over 30 calls to chase my 3x parcels during December, sending message via your facebook page as well. Eventually my last delivery was made on 24 December at 22h00.

Once again I am sitting with the same problem. Placed an order on Monday for 2 of the Twisp specials that is running, all said ships in 24 hours! On Tuesday morning after payment was received by Kalahari I got an email to say expected delivery date was 17 February... WTH?!?!? I immediately starting phoning and went through the same as I did in December. You have to go through the call centre to get to a manager. First I spoke to Mike (manager) who promised to get back to me - ya right! I then spoke to the next manager Nolan (nice guy) but unfortunately he promised me delivery for today and guess what... My one parcel has not even been shipped yet. Received 1, outstanding 1.
