I went to American Swiss in Alberton on Sunday to find out how i go about claiming for a /misplaced watch. Firstly the lady that i was speaking to was less interested in what i was saying and instead of her telling me how i go about getting this reported to insurance i had to keep probing her for more answers. There is a insurance claim form that she said i had to fill out and then go to the police station to get an affidavit which i did. The next day on Monday i went back and had to experience the same bad attitude from another lady that works at the store, she told me that i have to get the insurance form stamped and i told her that i have an affidavit with the police station stamp and she just said "well i cant help you". It was never mentioned to me on Sunday that they would need a stamp on the insurance claim paper. I then called for the manager who was willing to assist me. The staff there is useless and has disgusting attitude. That will be my last sale from that store and i will spread the word to my friends and family not to bother going to that store.
