My son bought a LG refrigerator from Metro in 2009, he had it for 7 months then it started giving problems, as the cooler wasn't working, after 3 technician worked on it, the all said it there is nothing wrong with the fridge, the 4th technician found the fault and said that the pipe needs to be replaced, but by then it was already out of warranty, and to this date no one has reported back to us regarding this problem, my son moved and all the paperwork are packed away, we don't even have a quote to fix this problem as it was never given to us.
I personally feel that the fridge needs to be repaired, because when it was still in warranty the couldn't find the fault and now its out of warranty and no one wants to claim responsibility for the negligence.
