Samsung Really!!!

We have a Samsung refrigerator that was purchased from Ster Furnishers just on three years ago.
In December while away on our annual leave the fridge packed up.
This is a R 16 000.00 mirror double door fridge that has a 2 year warranty.
We were told to please contact Liptronics for them to send out a technician at a cost of R450.00 due to the fact that it was out of warranty. On arrival at our place it was determined by the technician that the fridge had a gas leak and that this is a relatively common problem, and that it is something that is not serviceable or repairable and that we must get a new fridge.
Amazing that we could get something for this price that cannot be repaired once the warranty runs out and has to be replaced.

This was reported to Samsung on the 24/12/2013 and was promised that somebody would get back to us asap with an answer to this. I have now been promised everyday since getting back from leave that Mary would contact me regarding some sort of solution to this unacceptable answer of it not being repairable.
As yet I still have not heard from her and I have to continually contact them to hear the same story that they will get back to me.
