Im submited as a.slow payer on itc

I have made arrangements with edgars that I was going to pay double installments since i ddnt have enough money to pay them at the end of december, suprisingly they have painted my name on itc before the period that we agreed at comes to an end. I want them to remove my name on itc as asp because i have never broken the promise made with them, and I need someone to explain to me if they know the definition of making payment arrangements
