Listing After Making Payment

It is now the second time that I have to write something of this nature to Edgars. I spoke to two agents and informed them that I will bring my account up to date within the next 2-3 months and in the mean time I made payment arrangements for the coming two months to pay an amount of R780. I kept to my side of the promise and made a payment over the weekend at a Legit store. I'm baffled now again that Edgars has loaded a slow payer listing after making the arrangements! What then is the purpose of going through the lengths of making such arrangements! I need someone to explain this to me in detail because as it stands I'm failing to understand. I've been a loyal Edgars customer and I am now convinced that closing this account will give me peace of mind! in addition to that, after asking twice already to the financial services removed they are still reflecting which means my installments will forever increase because of this lack of cooperation. one of the financial services I did not even apply for! It is absolutely insane that I have to call them and incur more phone bills over matters that do not seem at all difficult to address when other retailers do it with ease! FRUSTRATED
