My daughter has an Edgars account. She has been an excellent payer for about two years (to the point she kept getting offered increased credit limit). She works as a waitress and her income is not stable. It has been a little difficult recently so she contacted Edgars and made an arrangement for payment of her account. It was agreed to. Now she is getting numerous calls at all hours, harassing her for payment. She has calls after 9pm, weekends, including before 8am on a Sunday morning. This is a lot of rubbish. I understand that calls have to be made to make sure payments are made. But once you have made an arrangement one should not be called umpteen times a day every single day, Monday to Monday. If a call needs to be made it should be made in business hours to start off with and not after arrangements are made, only if the payment is not made as promised. This is an invasion of ones privacy and the harassment is very stressful, TOTALLY unacceptable.
