I was with my 2 young brothers nd I went 2 buy my baby nappies and food. I went 2 the nappy section there was no 1 to assist. There were 2 prices in a shelve we looked around 2 see if some can assist. A lady by the name of bonisile passed we asked 4 assistant she said she doesn't know, she left us there . 1 side was 200 the other was 92. When we got to the tills it was 199 we called the supervisor all 2 find out the price I saw was removed cause he was called by bonisile first. I asked for a footage he said he doesn't have wrights and besides its late he doesn't have time. Then he took me to there store manager panki who didn't even bother asking bonisile he told me that I must read the description nd he asked if I've read them I said no I look just the price and its not my responsability as a customer to read but look at the price on the shelve. I asked for headoffice numbers he gave me customer care I used my phone. Samantha answered the phone and she said head office there closed and she doesn't have rights to change the price. She called me on monday then a guy called mahommed called and he said he will call me till today I haven't heard a word from them what a service
