Sent my motherboard to them for RMA. Process took ridiculously long with absolutely zero feedback from them.
I had to phone to get any update. Last week Thursday I was assured that the motherboard will ship on Monday.
Phoned them on Tuesday and requested the tracking number. I was told that they would email it to me. I received no email. Phoned them today (Wednesday) and was told that it will ship today.
What really gets me is the lying. Whats the point. Be honest and tell me someone made a stuff up and my replacement didn't ship.
Definitely lost a customer for life and I wont recommend your shop to anyone I know anymore.
