I have started building my model ship until i came to parts 30 30a 30b, it wasn't included in the parts received and I couldn't continue building my ship. I have phoned 3 times and asked for these three parts and each time they sent me the wrong parts, after waiting weeks for it to arive. It has now been more than 5 months and still I am waiting for these spesific parts. I can not build further and I am now stuck with a half build ship. I have paid a lot for this ship and this is really making me angry. It was the Victory from lord Nelson. If this is how they do business I will not recommend any one to subscribe to them.
