I bought a brand new ASUS motherboard from Esquire on 22 March 2013. The motherboard subsequently stopped working and I took the motherboard with its manuals in its original packaging back on the 10th of May. It took me almost an hour to book the motherboard in and I was promised 3 working days turnaround. I eventually was told on the 20th that the motherboard had been replaced. When I went to collect I received a motherboard in bubble wrap in a brown box not even sealed and I was told that it is the replacement. Surely if I buy a new motherboard and it breaks within two month, and it is being replaced, I am entitled to a new motherboard in its original packaging with the manuals. I am very disgusted. Surely you either fix the one I bought or replace it with a NEW one, not another motherboard that I am not sure where it came from.
