Very bad encounter and bad attitude

I placed an order for skin products and she didn't confirm receipt of payment which was not strange because she always does that, after a week i sent an email asking when i should expect delivery she claimed that my payment only came through on that day i contacted her which was a Monday, she was quite the whole week, the next week on wednesday she sent an email telling me she didn't have the soap i ordered and she would be receiving stock on weekend, i agreed that she can send a different soap instead and she said she was gonna ship on thursday, another week passed without receiving my products, on the 5th week i sent an email on a Tuesday asking about my products and she claimed to have been sick which i didn't understand why it had to affect me, she finally posted my stuff on the same day that sghe was sick and i received on Thursday. The lotion was not the one i ordered and when i informed her that she had delivered the wrong stuff she told me she was sending the courier company to come fetch it from me so she can change it, ive been waiting ever since. The service has always been bad but this was the ultimate.
