I purchased a Cygnett iPhone 5 UrbanShield Carbon Case in January 2013 from Shop and Ship. This cover has a lifetime guarantee so i sent it back in to Shop and Ship in June when the case cracked, which they happily replaced. The service back then was pretty good and I didn't have any problems.
The same thing has now happened again and I've tried contacting the same person as last time, Jarry Rayepen, however I haven't received a response after 11 days. I emailed him on the 29th November however it's now the 10th Dec and I haven't received any sort of contact.
Like I said in my email, I'm really not happy with the quality of the case and would like a refund or at least credit to buy another cover from Shop and Ship. Please contact me ASAP as I'd like to get the Moshi iGlaze Armour cover instead. Would this be possible?
