Was shopping at Jet Cresta and as I was about to be helped by a lady at the tills by the name of Katlego. She gave me a look as if i was about to rob her or something. She didnt greet as Im sure she was trained to, she jumped straight into asking if its cash or credit. After asking her, "does she not greet", i got a very lame and simple Hello. She was extremely rude and hope she will be dealt with.
