Refund me

I bought curtains cash February 2013, but never received them. I was advised i would get a refund but that has not happed. Instead i have run up my phone bill calling the place. I now have spoken to one of the agents who has just advised me that my account is in arrears because of a vacuum cleaner i paid off 3years ago. I would like my money to please be refunded back into my bank account immediately.
