Lat month II bought a Logik vacuum cleaner. A week later I realised that the vacuum cleaner keeps on cutting out while in use. I took the vacuum cleaner back on 04/04/2013 and they refunded the money straight to my bank account. The lady told me I should give 48 hours for it to reflect in my bank account. Today is the 9th and still nothing!!
I went back to Game Centurion Mall. They told me I should bring in my bank statements. There is NO way I'm bring my bank statements in, and told her to confirm the transaction with the accounts department.
I was about to take out a new Cell C contract with Game, but I'm going to Makro now.
I will never buy home appliances form Game EVER again. They are wasting my time and it's causing me inconvenience. I want this sorted out BEFORE the end of the business day tomorrow.
I want to buy a new vacuum cleaner at Makro. It's on special and I'm going be very upset if I'm not going to get it whilst the special is still running. Sort it out!
