Hi, I purchased a Defy refridgerator at Hirch's Gateway recently. I have a problem with it and have tried to get it sorted out. My way of thinking initially was I need to report this to the company I purchased it from, so I phoned and spoke to Mrs Suvashni Moonsamy who instructed me that the repair team would be out to have a look at it in the next day or two. Time went on and, disapointed at the response, or should I say lack of, I called again and spoke to the floor manager Selvin Naidoo, who insured me that he would get back to me, I'm still waiting. So I called a day later and spoke to Craig Saul, also to be told he would get back to me, still waiting. I am not happy with the service at all. My way of thinking is that I purchased this fridge from Hirsch and that makes them responsable, if there is a manufacture defect with the item, they should replace the faulty equipment, and they should contact the manufacturer. I would respectfully advise Hirsch management to contact me and get this resolved soonest.
