On the 11th December 2012 I went to Jetmaster Clearwater mall and bought 4 stainless steel slates that fir over the flames for a Gas braai. The consultant advised me that I would need four, which I bought. When I got home it only needed three. So the next day I took the one back and enquired about by refund. They said it gets paid by headoffice but they are closed. She asked me if there was anything else I could purchase for that amount I said no. I wanted a refund. She said the Head office opens on the 14th January 2013 and they would then process my refund. On the 1st February2013 I had still not received my refund. I phone the branch and they said they would call be back which they did and said that the refund is process and it would be in my account on the 2nd February 2013. today is the 5th February and still nothing.
