I bought an AMC Flux from a rep early last year. It wasn't working properly, didn't matter which setting I used, it just kept on cooking at full blast and burnt everything that I tried to cook. The only thing I could cook was pasta which required high heat.
The rep took my stove in and after about 3 months brought me a "new?? " one. This stove is doing exactly the same... does this have something to do with my cookware? Am I only supposed to use AMC cookware on it? If that is the case, then the rep should have told me??
This product is not working for me, and feel that I've wasted a lot of money... especially the fact that I'm trying to save money on electricity. I'm still cooking on my old stove and the flux is my white (black) elephant next to the stove.
