Bought my parents a mini-stove in July 2012 at Game, Zevenwacht Mall. Called Game store in Zevenwacht and the Game head office spoke to Herman today to advise them that the stove is not working anymore and they advised that they need to bring the stove into any branch and they will send it away to be fixed. How long it's going to take they not sure. And in the meantime my parents must cook how? What poor quality product they are selling because the stove is ONLY 7 months old. I would have expected them to give us a new stove, because it's unacceptable that stove broke in this short time. All they said was that it's not their problem where they cook on. How rude and inconsiderate for a big retail store of their calibre!!!
