The first stove that was bought when taken out the box was so damaged it had to be returned. The replacement stove, the oven door does not close properly on the one side the technician came out twice to check on both occasions he said the stove cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced. After period of two months and numerous phone calls to Richards Bay branch and the head office (customer care) we have had no success only empty promises .( Stove bought on the 28? 42012)
