My name is Sydwell Baloyi I bought a 4 plate kelvinator 640 cash on the 26 august and I was told to come and collect it on the 31st august I went there to collect and I got a stove when I get home it's a different stove 3 plate stove I couldn't return it because they don't open on Sunday, I went there yesterday after having to explain myself more than 5 time on the phone to return the stove and wanted mine, they told me that it will be delivered to me today and when I go there they are telling they want the proof of delivery which I don't have
I have returned their stove so why can't the give me mine or return my money I hate this stove and I will never buy at electric express ever since they were happy to take my money and not delivering the service they have promised I have not been cooking for the last 3 days because I didn't want to use something that doesn't below to me
