I'm a very disappointed customer. I purchased my amc universal set about 6 years ago thus I have the old set. I recently purchased an induction stove which costed R1000, apparently insim plates have been discontinued and now I therefore cannot use my induction stove. there are a few insim plates which is ridiculously priced at R800 each. that means it would cost me R2000 in total which is extremely pricey. I called head office to complain, the advice given was that I needed to buy the new amc pots. that is absolutely ridiculous as amc is very expensive and what am I to do with my old pots??? amc has just lost me as a client. im not happy at all. I will be returning the stove I bought and I will not be buying any more amc cookware!!!
