I purchased a stove from hifi corp where a few months ago the knob just popped out - they came and fixed that.
now about a month ago I put on the stove to cook, but after half hour I went to check on the food and the plate wasn't even hot - I had to switch off and switch on to get it working again!!!
now the worst of the lot, I made breakfast yesterday morning where I obviously switched off the stove and the knobs showed that! I was in and out visiting friends and everytime I came home I got a burning smell... and everytime I looked at my stove all knobs were off!
this morning I just couldn't understand why my electricity was running and I had nothing on but still could get the burning smell so I touched the plate and BURNT!
what junk is this!???
what if my flat burnt in the middle of the evening if something was close to the stove!
and no one would have been alive to tell everyone that the kelvinator stove was the problem!
ask kelvinator for a better stove as a replacement. I don't want this dangeroud hazard around my children
