DO NOT ASK ME QUESTIONS

Today I visited the above pharmacy to purchase medication. Upon scanning my Clicks card, my old profile appeared on the system. I explained to the Assist. Pharmacist that I was now using a new medical aid with new details. She tried to dispense the medication but the system rejected it. After a few attempts & moaning about the system & "Discovery" she asked me about the previous main member. When I questioned her in order to understand what she was asking me, she responded in arrogance that "I should not fight with her". Lolo should have communicated her question better or rephrased it. How was I expected to answer a question which was not clear in the first place? Why should your consultants become aggravated & rude when asked questions? I found Lolo's attitude really unbearable & I immediately asked her to create a new profile altogether since the system was picking up old details. She created a new profile & finally dispensed the medication.

It's a pity my repeat script is with Clicks, otherwise I would have gone to Dischem! I left the store feeling deeply grieved. I do not think I will ever visit the Kolonnade branch again! Your service really leaves much to be desired.
