Why does CLICKS PHARMACY automatically dispense repeat scripts without my permission?
Is this not illegal?
Should they not wait for the patient to go in and ask for their medication?
Some medication may be on a monthly repeat script but is only needed every 40 to 60 days so why do they do this?
How can they put this kind of system into place?
And then they claim directly from my medical aid and I have no knowledge of the transaction.
I am not even contacted to inform me that any medication has been dispensed.
This is not the first time this has happened and I have phoned in before to remove all of our prescriptions off this AUTOMATIC SYSTEM.
