I purchased an iPad cover online from [URL Removed] at the end of December and the item that arrived was off spec to what I had originally ordered. I sent an email to request and exchange and the owner personally responded, apologising for the incorrect delivery.
After arranging the return of the item, I was given a voucher with a value greater than my initial purchase. I was able to request a Apple Airport Express model which wasn't included on the website's catalogue and they went out to find supply of exactly what I wanted.
Finally, on receipt of my Airport, I've found that they've thrown in an extra iPad cover, iPhone cover and screen protector!
Now that is service of the highest order!
