On 6 Dec 12 I purchased a vooucher for an ipad bluetooth keyboard and cover. The advert indicated to allow 4 weeks for delivery. Today is 4 Feb 13 - 2 days shy of 2 months and I have yet to take delivery of my paid for item. I have called the call centre on numerous occassions only to be told they are dealding with a December backlog. A 2 month wait is unacceptable and I now demand more accurate feedback as to when exactly my item will be delivered!
