Goods not delivered

I purchased an ipad2 ferrari cover last year June and never received it till today. I emailed them regarding the item and was told numerous times it will be delivered and yet i got nothing. I have sold my ipad already and have no use for the cover so i contacted them to refund my purchase but they have not responded to my emails. There is no customer satisfaction and the mere fact That i paid for the item which i Cant get is like. I'm tired of their no care attitude and will take legal action against them
