November 10 I brought back a tempo watch I had bought less then a month ago for repairs as the clasp was broken. I then waited till end of dec. Some lady gave me an accuse about the workshop being closed. Jan 26 I go back 4 the 4th time as I checked again on the 2nd same story. Geraldine promised 2 call me back at 12 2 day but I had 2 call her manager and complain 1st then she calls @ 14:50 with some excuse. Pavilion is R50 taxi fare away from where I live hence I told her I need my watch before 28th before my maternity leave. My question is why am I paying 4 something not in my possesion? And will I ever get it back? I'm sick of wasting my airtime calling the store to be told the same thing over again
