In September 2013, i purchased 3 kit-kat ice creams from my local convenience store. The cone was stale and broken. I was so upset that i called Nestle'consumer line to complain. The lady apologised and promised to send me vouchers to compensate me. The vouchers never arrived!!
I called back in December and was told that the vouchers were sent to me. She called out the address she sent it to and it was not my address, it wasn't even in the same area. The lady then apologised for the mistake and took down my correct address (hopefully) and promised to send me vouchers. Its now almost Feb and still no vouchers...
