I dropped my watch on Sunday at the said store so they can set the time for me. I went to pick it up on Mon, the gentleman on the floor tried his utmost best to find out where the watch is and even made attempts to contact the person I gave the watch to as she was on leave today. After 20 min of looking the gentleman informed Jessica, who's apparently the manager, he told me she will talk to me because he cannot find the watch. Jessica told me the news I was already told by the guy, and I informed her that I've been in the shop for over 30 min waiting for my watch. The manager, whom at this moment has shared no apology for the inconvenience caused nor has she assured me that she will try her best to assist me tells me that my watch was put back in stock, then I asked her what does that mean, she said they'll have to check on the system for the type of watch I bought. Could she not have figured that out 30 minutes ago? Was it necessary for me to wait 45 min for her to that? To top it all off I waited a further 10 min while she was doing I don't know what, till I decided to leave the shop. Mr Price can keep the stupid watch for all I care. I can't believe I waited an hour for a watch
