In 2011 if I'm correct there was purchases done on my account. This was reversed and lucky for me last year the same thing happened on the 20 dec 2013 purchase R600, R 1949 and R3300. I filed a dispute and it was reversed. I asked how can this happen they told me someone made a fake id or my card but there's never any clarification. If this is happening for the second time they said there's nothing they can do. I should request to have my account blocked with every purchases. which mean everytime is done on my account i have to waste my time and go to police station for affidavit and stand in a line so that i can prove i did not make the purchases. and today I'm told to pay R1550.96 for over due account. I dont have R1550.96 to pay the account.
Before i discovered that there was made on my account. I wanted to pay my installment the Teller said my installment is R119 which i than made a payment of R300. After the payment i discovered there were puchases made. I dont think this is on... I closing my account.
I have requested many times to have my credit limit to be reduce but it never happens.
I should prepare myself for this in 2014.
