I have sent numerous e-mails to [Email Removed] and haven'r received any feedback yet. All I want is just a quotation for a Queen Size Serta base including delivery fee, but apparently it is too difficult for Dial a Bed to respond to e-mails. I will take my money somewhere else, seeing that Dial a Bed doesn't need it.
