I saw one of the many makro ads that get pushed iinto my mail box every week and took one of them as i was searching for a printer. i found one that was to my liking and contacted the store to find out if they had stock, my call went from one person to another!! and after explaining myself for the 4th time i was again put on hold!! 20 min went buy and nothing . im fed up with these big companies that think they can treat customers just the way they want to, have they forgotten about customer service?? really not impressed, i found my printer at another store and will not be using makro again.sad as i grew up with this store and its been a great part of the whole family for so many years...
