I had gone to return a dress to a Donna Claire store at The Grove Shopping centre in PTA & Mohau was available to assist me, but was very rude - she did not greet me back when I greeted and did not acknowledge the item that I had come to return. She proceeded to instruct me to place my Foschini card on the counter (as is she did not want any contact me) and asked where I had bought the item - I responded that I had bought the item in north gate and she had the nerve to argue with me, saying that she could not find that store on the system and insisting that there is nothing she could do as the system did not reflect a north gate store. The lady who was with her (who was assisting with another customer) was nice enough to pick up the phone, call another branch and obtain the norhgate using that very simple. Mohau called north gate and they confirmed my purchase, once again Mohau did not give me feedback and ignored both me and my mother while we waited for her to tell us the way forward, I ended up having to ask her whether it was resolved and whether my account would be credited - she just ignored us and left the card on the counter. This was annoying and so disrespectful!
